Our Facility
Homestead Stables is one of the most unique equestrian facilities in Western NY.
Our state-of-the-art facility houses 41 horses and has been designed with
every amenity. It was carefully designed with a user-friendly layout
keeping the horse’s health and safety as our number one priority.

After three years of careful designing, Homestead Stables opened in December of 2018. Our facility is over 70,000 square feet and exhibits excellence both inside and out. The entire facility is temperature controlled and has numerous amenities to allow us to deliver the best care possible. Our Location
Our stable location is at 4633 Damon Hill Road, Gerry, NY. Nestled in the hills of Western New York, Homestead Stables is conveniently located on 100 acres in the center of Gerry. We are just minutes away from Interstate 86, less than 30 minutes from Interstate 90, and about one hour from Erie, PA and Buffalo, NY. Gerry is home to the Gerry Rodeo (the longest running PRCA rodeo east of the Mississippi) and the quiet village of Gerry turns into “The Rodeo Capital of the East” for four days in August. We are located less than 30 minutes from numerous municipalities such as Jamestown, Mayville, Bemus Point, Fredonia, Randolph, and Sugar Grove, PA.

Our professional and knowledgeable staff have decades of experience in the equine business and pride themselves on delivering the best customer service possible. It is our business to create a safe and comfortable environment with the horses’ quality of life as our main focus. Treating our customers with respect and kindness are of the upmost importance.
Our head trainer and manager of Homestead Stables, Heather Payne, brings over 25 years of experience in the equine industry with 15 of those years as a professional.
