Luke Gingerich is coming to Homestead Stables! Please join us for a whole lot of fun and learning with one of the best horseman in the country. Luke will be available for private or semi-private lessons on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This clinic will be for people who are serious about taking their liberty work and relationship with their horse to the next level. He will start with the basics of liberty work progress working towards taking your horse off the line. Reining lessons with Luke are also available! Sign up for one of our lesson spots now and you will be eligible to take a group, horse-drawn wagon ride with Luke at noon on Saturday! Lesson participants will also receive an autographed picture of Luke. On Sunday, Luke will be working his horses for three hours, don’t miss out on this opportunity to audit and watch Luke work both of his horses and get a “behind the scenes” look at how Luke trains and prepares his horses at home. Youth auditors will receive a special gift for signing up!
Weekend Schedule
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 13, 5-8PM
Luke will be available for private or semi private (groups of two) lessons during presented slots of 5-6pm, 6-7pm, 7-8pm.
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 14, 12:30-8PM
SUNDAY, DECEMBER 15, 10AM-5:30PM
10am-1pm: Luke will work his horses for three hours while auditors can watch and learn Luke’s training routine and techniques. Luke will do a Q&A session at the end. Auditing is only $30. Youth who audit will receive a special gift!
1:30-5:30pm: Luke will be available for private or semi private (groups of two) lessons during presented slots of 1:30-2:30pm, 2:30-3:30pm, 3:30-4:30pm, and 4:30-5:30pm.
Costs
FOR LESSON PARTICIPANTS
$100/private lesson
$70/semi private lesson
Spots will not be held without a non-refundable deposit of $50 and a completed registration form. The balance is due the day of the lesson. All lesson participants will have the opportunity to join Luke on a horse drawn wagon ride on Saturday before our open house at noon on Saturday*.
* If you are unable to attend at noon on Saturday for the wagon ride, you will forfeit your opportunity to ride with him. All participants must complete a liability release form and show proof of negative coggins dated 2018 or 2019 and rabies within one year.

Luke Gingerich Bio
Luke currently competes in reining and ranch versatility, and specializes in Liberty horsemanship. Luke was Reserve Champion at the 2017 All American Quarter Horse Congress in the Non-Pro Freestyle Reining and was a Top Three Finalist in the 2018 Congress Open Freestyle Reining. Luke not only travels all over the country doing clinics and lessons but he also performs at major venues such as Equine Affaire and Horse World Expo where he was also a part of their night show, Fantasia.
Luke will be bringing his 2 companions, Chloe and Rio. Chloe is a 2017 AQHA mare by Hollywoods Tinseltown who joined the team in January 2019. Rio is a 2010 AQHA gelding by CH Zan Par Dee Bar. Luke and Rio have been a team since Rio was just a yearling. Rio has been successful in reining, ranch versatility, extreme obstacle challenges and is known for his bridleless reining and liberty freestyle performances.

Stalls & Camping
A limited number of stalls are available for $25/day shavings included, owner supplies all hay and grain. Camping hook ups available for $25/day. All horses will need to provide a negative coggins and rabies vaccination within 1 year.
